"Notice of Land Use Change letters were sent to tenants."
In April 2007 notice of land use change letters were sent to all tenants. Land use will change from leased spaces improved with recreational vehicle, mobile home and park models to subdivided residential lots to be improved with site built homes. The Department of Fire, Building and Life Safety, is the state agency that administers the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. Tenants determined to be qualified for relocation or abandonment expense reimbursement under the Act were sent an information package pertaining to the Relocation Fund and Abandonment Fund by the agency.
